Why Train with Us?
When you sign up with the Fleet Feet Training Programs you receive more than a training plan, you gain a new community. There will be group runs where you can complete your workouts with others. Please contact Fleet Feet Greenville, NC at (252) 353-3338 for the schedule. Each week, Fleet Feet sends out the weekly training schedule for the whole team. This schedule includes, goal miles for each day, suggestions on cross-training days, and routes for group runs. As a training program member, you receive exclusive deals from Fleet Feet and local businesses.
If you can’t make it to a group run, that’s okay! You still have access to the schedule and a trainer to guide you. Many people can’t come to the group runs, but still enjoy the benefits of having the accountability and schedule to help them stay race ready.
On race day, the Training Program team will be there ready to cheer you on to the finish line. We can’t wait to be at the finish line at Home Plate at Grainger Stadium to celebrate all of your hard work.

With training coming and race day on the calendar it’s important that you start your training well with the proper footwear and essentials. Come by Fleet Feet to meet with an experienced Outfitter to scan your feet with our FitID scanner and help you find your perfect fit. The proper shoes and insoles will make all the difference during those training miles and especially on race day.
Hydration is key during training, especially in the late summer with temperatures and humidity high.
